Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/CNA to provide compassionate care to residents in a Florida community. Responsibilities include medication assistance, daily living support, and engaging residents in activities while maintaining accurate records.

Strong English communication and prior CNA experience preferred. We offer a team-oriented environment with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA care experience in elderly residential or long-term care settings.
• Must read, write and speak English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Medication Aide training and state certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance per state regulations and policy, including pouring, preparing, assisting with administration and documentation.
• Maintain medication cart and storage room in neat condition.
• Accurate medication counts and secure storage for assigned shifts.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engage residents in conversation and meaningful activities while delivering personal care and medication support.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and authorize assistance as needed.
• Uphold Residents’ Rights and company policies.
• Document medication administrations, incidents, and changes in condition timely.
• Assist in dining room during meals and encourage participation in activities.
