Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/CNA to support residents in a compassionate, community-focused setting. You will assist with medications, daily activities, and mobility while ensuring safety and dignity for each resident.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with families, and adherence to care plans. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, English proficiency, and willingness to complete Medication Aide training where required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must complete Medication Aide training (and certification where required).

Responsibilities

• Provides medication assistance for residents according to state regulations and policy.
• Maintains medication cart and storage room in neat, orderly condition.
• Ensures accurate medication counts and security of cart/storage room.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engages residents in conversation, socialization and activities while providing care and medication assistance.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and requests for care, escalating as needed.
• Upholds Residents' Rights and company policies.
• Observes changes in condition and reports to licensed nurse.
• Completes documentation such as MARs, incident and change of condition reports.
• Assists in dining room during meals and helps residents participate in activities.
