Zusammenfassung

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking caregivers or CNAs to join our residential care team in Minnesota. You will provide medication assistance, help with daily living activities, and engage residents in meaningful social interactions and activities to support quality of life.

English literacy is required and prior CNA experience is preferred. Medication aide training may be required by state regulations; a supportive team environment and opportunities for career development are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a residential or long-term care setting.
• Must complete Medication Aide training (and certification where required).

Aufgaben

• Provides medication assistance for residents in accordance with state regulations and policy, including pouring, preparing, assisting with administration, and documentation.
• Maintains the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner.
• Performs accurate medication counts and secures the medication cart and storage room for assigned shifts.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engages residents in meaningful conversation and activities while providing personal care and medication assistance.
• Completes documentation such as MARs, incident reports, and change of condition reports in a timely manner.
