Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/CNA with at least 1 year of experience to support residents in a non-remote role. The position requires English communication skills, medication assistance, and daily living support in a compassionate, resident‑centered setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and may need Medication Aide training or certification depending on state requirements. Great place to work with caring team culture in McMinnville, OR.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or CNA for the elderly.
• Must read, write, and speak English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Must complete Medication Aide training (and state certification where required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide medication assistance per state regulations and policy—pouring, preparing, administering, and documenting.
• Maintain tidy medication cart and storage area; ensure accurate counts and security.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed and engage in meaningful social activities.
• Complete documentation such as medication records and incident reports in a timely manner.
• Support dining room activities during meals and encourage resident participation.
