Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant for 1st shift who will provide medication assistance, daily living support, and compassionate care to residents. This role requires English proficiency, prior CNA experience, and completion of state-required medication aide training where applicable. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Prior caregiving experience preferred. The position is on-site in a team-oriented environment with benefits and opportunities.

Competenze

• Must read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in residential or long-term care
• Medication Aide training/certification where required by state law
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Mansioni

• Provides medication assistance for residents per state regulations and policy
• Maintains medication cart and storage room in neat, orderly condition
• Ensures accurate medication counts and security of cart/storage
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Engage residents in conversation, socialization and activity while providing care
• Respond promptly to resident needs for care
• Uphold Residents' Rights and care philosophy
• Document medication administration records and incident reports timely
• Assist in dining room during meals as needed
• Encourage participation in activities and outings
• May assist with caregiver housekeeping tasks
