Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a residential or long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, medication support, and documentation while upholding residents’ rights and privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a residential or long-term care setting.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Must complete Medication Aide training (and certification in states where required)

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance per state regulations and policy.
• Maintain medication cart and storage area in an orderly manner.
• Ensure accurate medication counts and secure storage for assigned shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activities.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests for care and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Uphold residents’ rights and the care philosophy.
• Document medication administration records, incident reports, and changes in condition.
• Assist in dining room during meals as needed.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings; support self-expression and self-esteem.
• Assist with housekeeping responsibilities as needed.
