Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Medication Aide to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration in a senior living environment. You will assist with prescribed medications, document care and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The role requires completion of the Medication Aide Course, CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Medication Aide Course is mandatory.
• CNA and Med Tech licenses from State Board of Nursing in good standing are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures relevant to the role.
• Document resident status and medication administration in EMAR/MAR.
