Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Medication Aide / CNA to support residents in Hershey, PA. You will administer medications within scope, assist with daily living activities, and document in EMAR/MAR, reporting to the HCD and nursing team.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, CPR/First Aid cert, and strong communication. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must hold CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with all staff levels.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living; report care concerns promptly.
• Conduct medication cart audits and participate in trainings.
• Provide emotional support during move-ins and maintain daily logs.
