Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Member Retirement Coordinator (Career Licensed Only Agent – LOA) to educate members approaching Medicare eligibility and retirement. You will guide enrollment timelines, plan options, and coverage transitions while supporting a growing client base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, healthcare, insurance, retirement services, Medicare, or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on Medicare enrollment timelines and options.
• Schedule consultations between prospective members and licensed agents.
• Guide retirement planning milestones including IEP, SEP, and AEP activities.
• Manage member records and communications in CRM system.
• Support retention initiatives with ongoing member education.
