Based in Maple Grove, you will conduct client consultations, compare Medicare plans with specialized software, ensure SOA compliance, guide applications, and cultivate trusted relationships through thoughtful, compliant service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retirement planning or a related field.
Strong understanding of Medicare and its associated products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Proficient in using professional software for comparing Medicare plans.
Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with industry regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Client consultations to understand retirement goals and financial landscape.
Medicare planning: explain options and compare plans annually using software.
Insurance assessment: evaluate needs for life, health, and long‑term care products.
Scope of Appointment compliance: ensure paperwork completed 48 hours before appointments.
Handle the insurance application process from initial completion to submission.
Continuing education to stay updated on regulations and product offerings.
Record keeping of client interactions and implemented strategies.
Client relationship management and timely follow-ups.
Team collaboration with internal and national support teams.
