Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain.
- Experience selling annuities or retirement products.
- Medicare sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success in new business and relationship roles.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through outbound outreach and Medicare-related lead sources.
- Conduct needs assessments for Medicare-eligible individuals to uncover retirement income gaps.
- Design and deliver presentations explaining annuity products and retirement income planning.
- Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio with ongoing reviews and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with Medicare sales teams and internal partners to support campaigns and client communication.
