Exact Medicare is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to guide clients through Medicare options, enrollments, and plan transitions. You will compare plans, ensure CMS compliance, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes education, transactional accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements while helping seniors select optimal Medicare plans and ancillary products.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid health insurance license.
• Proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere.
• Current AHIP certification for the plan year.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to generate revenue.
• Ability to contract and become RTS with major carriers (Aetna, Humana, United) or with two carriers plus an ancillary carrier.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment with sales and call-compliance expectations.
• Ability to work in CMS regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
