Job summary

Exact Medicare is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to educate seniors on Medicare options (Parts C & D, Med Supp, and ancillary products), recommend suitable plans, and assist with enrollment and transitions between plans.

In this role you will manage high-volume calls, ensure CMS compliance, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid health insurance license is required.
• AHIP certification is current for the plan years.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and plan options.
• Assist with plan enrollment and transitions between plans.
• Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment with accuracy.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
