Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to build relationships within the Medicare senior community and drive new patient growth in a local territory. You will work with Outreach Managers and Community Relationship Managers to connect with communities, generate leads, and convert prospects into patients.

Responsibilities include event-based outreach, proactive prospecting, and close collaboration with clinical and center teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities we serve.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through community outreach and events.
• Prospect and cold call to new leads; follow up via email, phone, and networks.
• Nurture prospective patients to become patients or clients.
• Record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and Outreach leadership to drive local lead generation.
