Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to cultivate relationships with Medicare seniors and invite them to become patients. You will collaborate with Outreach Managers, Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive local patient growth in your territory and bring the Oak Street Health experience to communities.

Responsibilities include lead generation through events and community outreach, cold calling, prospecting, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to engage Medicare seniors and community members.
• Fluency in languages spoken by local communities is a plus.

Responsibilities
