Oak Street Health in St. Louis is looking for an Outreach Executive I to engage Medicare seniors and help convert them into patients. You will work with Outreach Managers and CRM teams to drive local patient growth in your territory.

The role emphasizes lead generation, events and community outreach, plus prospecting via email and phone. Fluency in additional languages and US work authorization are valued; 40 hours weekly; CVS Health benefits apply.

• Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local community outreach.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads, including digital and referrals.
• Nurture prospective patients via email, phone and networking.
• Collaborate with CRM, other OEs, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive local lead generation.
• Maintain touchpoints and record patient information in CRM to drive growth.
