Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to develop relationships with Medicare seniors and convert them into patients within the local community. You will work closely with Outreach Managers and Directors to drive new patient growth in your territory.

Responsibilities include prospecting, event execution, and nurturing leads through email, phone, and networking, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences while navigating external barriers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or outreach abilities.
• Ability to engage Medicare seniors and stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare or community outreach is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages used in the communities served.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads by engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local outreach.
• Maintaining knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs.
• Prospecting and cold calling prospects and new leads.
• Nurturing prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborating with CRM and outreach teams to drive lead generation.
