Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to engage Medicare seniors within the Allentown region, building relationships and converting communities into patients. You will work with Outreach Managers and Directors to grow local patient intake and represent Oak Street Health in community events.

The role emphasizes generating leads, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or healthcare is plus.
• Ability to connect and influence the right people.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus where needed.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare senior communities through events and outreach.
• Prospect and cold-call new leads and manage channels from digital sources.
• Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
• Record customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and managers to drive local lead generation.
