Job summary

Centene is seeking a Senior Leader to maximize member retention across the enterprise by guiding a team of retention performance managers. You will identify and address disenrollment drivers and collaborate across teams to improve the member experience with Medicare plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Medicare-related work, plus 2+ years in supervision. A Master’s degree is preferred. Expect travel and possible weekend work as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, preferably in Medicare.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of retention performance managers to develop and implement strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries.
• Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction.
• Create and manage programs to educate beneficiaries about benefits and services across the health plans.
• Monitor and evaluate retention initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
