Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of managed care experience in an HMO/MSO/provider managed care setting or related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals responsible for strategic and operational execution of the plan.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to develop cost/benefit analyses and business cases.
• Integrate multiple project plans into a cohesive program with clear milestones and budget.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, dependencies and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and address issues or improvement areas.
• Prepare communications and presentations for senior leadership and external audiences.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
