Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience preferably in Medicare industry.
• Master's degree preferred; or equivalent experience reflective of the level of this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of retention performance managers to develop and implement strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries.
• Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and satisfaction.
• Create and manage programs to educate beneficiaries about benefits and services across the health plans.
• Monitor and evaluate retention initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
