Job summary

Medasource is seeking Call Center Representatives for a full-time, onsite role in Oklahoma City to support health insurance and Medicare plan changes. The contract runs 3–6 months with potential extension up to 12 months.

You will handle outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and essential documentation to ensure accurate records and HIPAA compliance. The role emphasizes proactive member contact, timely responses to questions, and adherence to prescribed workflows while maintaining service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, clerical, office, or similar work (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls.
• Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• HIPAA compliance awareness and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to Medicare members regarding plan changes.
• Receive and respond to inbound member calls and inquiries.
• Provide accurate, efficient, and professional responses to member questions.
• Accurately document all calls and member interactions in the tracking system.
• Maintain real-time reporting of call and agent activity.
• Prepare and manage workflow referrals and follow-ups.
• Follow call center procedures, schedules, and break times for coverage.
• Protect member privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Complete required compliance training and documentation.
• Perform data entry and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining productivity and accountability.
