Job summary

MarketSource is seeking an Onsite Member Care Agent in San Antonio, TX to handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and paper inquiries for assigned clients. The role requires strong customer service, empathy, and the ability to navigate Medicare information while maintaining confidentiality and strict adherence to policies and laws.

The position supports multiple channels, includes holiday/weekend coverage, and offers benefits.

Qualifications

2 years call center and/or customer service experience preferred.
Experience using internet-based systems and Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Work flexible schedule which may require holiday and weekend coverage

Responsibilities

Connect with current and potential Members to triage calls and direct sales questions as needed.
Manage multiple channels: inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and paper interactions.
Process Member interactions to collect information, investigate issues, or troubleshoot problems per policy and laws.
Maintain confidentiality of information and data accessed.
Document call data with clear notes in client systems during calls.
Meet quality and performance expectations to support department goals.
Escalate issues to Supervisor per procedure.
