• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years using MS Office and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to promote effective use of benefits.
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with medical record capture and data abstraction.
