Job summary

MarketSource is seeking an Onsite Member Care Agent in San Antonio, TX to handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and paper inquiries for insurance programs. The role requires strong customer service, Medicare understanding, and the ability to multitask across channels.

Two years of call center or customer service experience, proficiency with Windows apps, and flexible schedules including holidays/weekends are preferred. MarketSource is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 2 years call center and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using internet-based systems and Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Work flexible schedule which may require holiday and weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Triage calls based on need and direct sales questions to Licensed Agent.
• Manage multiple channels: calls, emails, chats, and paper interactions.
• Investigate issues and troubleshoot problems per policies and laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Document call data accurately in client systems.
• Meet quality and performance expectations for the department.
• Escalate issues to Supervisor per procedure.
