Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, call center, healthcare, or enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and navigate dialer, CRM, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while meeting goals.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• On-site attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible benefit recipients following outreach procedures.
• Explain Medicare-supported care programs clearly and accurately.
• Answer questions and obtain enrollment consent.
• Complete enrollment activities and electronic documentation accurately.
• Meet enrollment and productivity goals for the department.
• Maintain dialer login, productive time, and call activity.
• Provide professional, recipient-focused customer service.
