Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Account Associate in Arizona to make outbound calls about our Medicare plan and assist sales representatives with retention efforts. The role also handles inbound customer inquiries and may require extended hours based on business needs.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in call centers, Medicare/Medicaid experience, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Maricopa County, AZ.
• 1+ year in a call center with telephone and problem resolution skills.
• 1+ year of Medicaid and/or Medicare experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer software, primarily Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members, offering our Medicare plan.
• Perform outbound retention calls and assist sales reps as needed.
• Respond to incoming customer service inquiries as required.
