Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with navigating Medicare and insurance issues including coverage, benefits, summaries, eligibility and maximizing plan value.
• Serve as internal resource in the clinic on insurance questions for providers and staff.
• Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system and resolving medical bills, advocating for the patient.
