Oak Street Health is seeking a Patient Relations Analyst to educate patients about Medicare programs and affordable coverage options, increasing access and retention.

Analysts serve as the insurance experts within the clinic, guiding patients through enrollment, coverage questions, and billing concerns while supporting care and outreach teams. The role emphasizes patient advocacy during Open Enrollment and collaboration with clinic leadership.

Qualificações

• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs (Gmail, MS Word/Google Docs, Excel).
• US work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with understanding Medicare and insurance options, benefits, eligibility and billing.
• Serve as a clinic resource on insurance questions for providers and staff.
• Help patients navigate the healthcare system and resolve medical bills as needed.
• Advise patients on selecting plans that fit their healthcare needs and budget.
• Manage the welcome visit and patient orientation in the clinic.
• Educate patients about public benefits and prescription drug assistance.
