Job summary

Senior Benefit Services, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to build their own independent insurance business serving seniors and Medicare beneficiaries. You’ll benefit from exclusive leads, mentorship, and access to more than 50 carriers, with opportunities to acquire existing client relationships.

You’ll work with Medicare options including Advantage and Supplement, life insurance, and other health protection products, building long-term residual income through client service and referrals.

Qualifications

• Insurance license not required to apply
• Must obtain appropriate licensing before contracting
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Sales, customer service, healthcare, education, hospitality, or insurance experience is helpful but not required
• Desire to learn, grow, and help others

Responsibilities

• Meet with Medicare-eligible individuals and seniors to help them evaluate their insurance options
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Life Insurance, and other health protection products
• Build trusted relationships through consultative conversations
• Service existing clients and assist with policy reviews, renewals, and coverage questions
• Leverage company-provided leads and client opportunities to grow your book of business
• Develop referral relationships within your community
• Build a long-term residual income stream through client retention and ongoing service
