Job summary

Senior Benefit Services, Inc. in Henderson, KY is seeking motivated individuals to become Independent Insurance Agents.

You will build a personal book of business by meeting Medicare-eligible seniors, educate clients on Medicare options, and leverage SBS-provided leads and resources to grow your client base. You’ll receive mentorship, exclusive lead opportunities, and access to more than 50 carriers, with potential for ongoing residual income through service and renewals.

Qualifications

• No license required to apply; must obtain licensing before contracting
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Sales, customer service, healthcare, education, hospitality, or insurance experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with Medicare-eligible individuals and seniors to help evaluate insurance options
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Life Insurance, and other health protection products
• Build trusted relationships through consultative conversations
• Service existing clients and assist with policy reviews, renewals, and coverage questions
• Leverage company-provided leads and client opportunities to grow your book of business
• Develop referral relationships within your community
• Build a long-term residual income stream through client retention and ongoing service
