You’ll gain access to exclusive leads, mentorship, and marketing resources while leveraging a platform with 50+ carriers and a focus on building residual income through client retention.

You may begin with established client relationships through SBS agency acquisitions, supported by a dedicated back-office team and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience helpful but not required
• Must obtain licensing before contracting
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Entrepreneurial mindset desired
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• CRM experience and client service background helpful

Aufgaben

• Meet with Medicare-eligible individuals and seniors to evaluate insurance options
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Life Insurance, and other health protection products
• Build trusted relationships through consultative conversations
• Service existing clients and assist with policy reviews, renewals, and coverage questions
• Leverage provided leads and client opportunities to grow book of business
• Develop referral relationships within the community
• Build a long-term residual income through client retention and ongoing service
