Humana is seeking a field-based sales representative to educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. The role emphasizes building trust through face-to-face interactions in community settings and in-home visits.

You will drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence by developing relationships in your local market.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, events and community settings.
• Valid state driver's license with suitable vehicle liability insurance coverage.
• Proficient with iPad, mobile apps and CRM tools for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Utilize iPads and multiple digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, CRM updates and follow-ups.
