Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role serving local communities. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while building trust through in-person interactions.

In this remote-friendly field, you will collaborate with a small team, report to a Senior Manager, and leverage iPads and CRM tools to manage enrollments and follow-ups. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at community events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, enrollment tools, and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market by building relationships in the community.
• Leverage Technology: Use company-issued iPads and multiple platforms to support consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
