Job summary

Humana seeks Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role within designated territories. You will educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while building relationships in the community.

Training includes licensing support, a base salary with commission potential, and a strong emphasis on customer service excellence. Occasional travel to training or meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events, and local activities.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance meeting state requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to use iPad, mobile apps, and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple tech platforms (enrollment tools, CRM, email, virtual tools).

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Differentiate: Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, providing a personalized experience.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market.
• Leverage Technology: Use company-issued iPads and multiple digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments, CRM updates, and follow-up.
