Humana, Inc. seeks Medicare Field Sales Agents to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage. The role is field-based, requiring local territory residence and in-home outreach, community events, and trusted member relationships.

You will visit homes and events, use iPads and CRM tools, and meet self-generated sales targets while delivering exceptional service and maintaining compliance with program requirements.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community events and local activities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
