Humana, Inc. is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in designated territories across the United States.

You will educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings, build trust through in-home visits and community events, and drive self-generated sales while expanding Humana's presence in your community. This remote role requires travel to training or meetings and daily face-to-face interactions with members.

Formación

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting required limits
• Demonstrated ability to use an iPad, mobile applications, and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms simultaneously, including enrollment tools, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and enrollment for Humana plans and additional offerings
• Differentiate Humana through in-home visits, community events, and personalized service
• Grow self-generated sales and expand Humana's market presence by building trust and relationships
