Humana, Inc. is seeking a Medicare Field Sales Agent to educate members about Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings. You will work in a field-based, remote role, residing in the designated territory to serve local communities.

You’ll build trust through face-to-face interactions, community events, and in-home visits while leveraging iPads and CRM tools for enrollments and follow-ups. A driver’s license and associate degree are preferred.

Competenze

• Active Health Insurance License required or able to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance per state requirements.
• Proficient with iPad and multiple digital platforms for member consultations and CRM updates.

Mansioni

• Deliver Medicare Advantage plans education and explain additional offerings (Life, Dental, Vision, Prescription).
• Develop trust through face-to-face connections via community events and home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance targets.
• Utilize technology to support enrollment, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
• Maintain high level of customer experience in field settings.
