A healthcare services firm is seeking a passionate Care Ambassador in New Mexico. In this part-time role, you will engage with Medicare patients, explaining program benefits and facilitating enrollment. The ideal candidate will have outbound sales experience and strong communication skills, being adaptable and detail-oriented. Compensation is $20 per hour, with a performance-based bonus after 60 days. This is a 1099 contractor role requiring a minimum of 20-25 hours per week availability.

Qualifications

• At least two years of outbound phone sales experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is desired.
• Experience in cold calling and patient outreach roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling Medicare patients to explain program benefits.
• Document every call and patient interaction accurately.
• Motivate and encourage patients to enroll in programs.
