Qualifications

• Proven ability to consistently deliver high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Available during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST).
• Must be US-Based and have the ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to educate and enroll patients in care programs.
• Establish rapport and tailor messaging based on patients' demographics and health concerns.
