Job summary

CareHarmony, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to educate and enroll patients in our Medicare-sponsored care coordination program. This remote, full-time role involves outbound calls, tailoring messages to patients’ needs, and driving enrollment while managing multiple software platforms.

You will work from home, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and eligibility for monthly bonuses as you meet base metrics. The position emphasizes high-volume outreach and patient-centric communication.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills required.
• Adaptability in a high-volume sales space and ability to meet deadlines.
• Deliver high call volume and work 80%+ on the phone.
• Communicate clearly in an informative, influential, and personable way.
• Be a team player with leadership potential.
• Demonstrate empathy and patient-focused approach.
• Creative education delivery about CCM program.
• Comfort with multiple software platforms (MS Office).
• Availability during business hours 8am–4:30pm CST.
• US-based candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to educate patients and persuade joining CCM program.
• Establish rapport and tailor messaging to demographics and insurance.
• Present program benefits clearly and address questions.
• Maintain accurate data and document interactions in systems.
