Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to build and maintain professional relationships with insurance brokers across an assigned territory. The role supports patient education, Medicare Advantage awareness, and community outreach in full CMS-compliant alignment.

The position emphasizes educating brokers about Better Health Group’s care model, guiding beneficiaries through their healthcare journey, and ensuring ethical, arm's-length engagements with CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and CMS marketing guidelines.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations.
• Experience with CRM systems and HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Broker relationship management with a diverse range of brokers.
• Educate brokers on Medicare education and community awareness.
• Respond to broker inquiries with CMS-guided communications.
• Ensure educational resources are offered consistently and not for referrals.
• Maintain professional broker relationships across partners.
• Develop and execute compliant territory outreach plans.
• Identify high-opportunity markets within CMS guidelines.
• Track broker engagement and outreach in CRM systems.
• Monitor territory performance and adjust strategies for patient benefit.
• Plan and execute community events and educational seminars.
