Job summary

Better Health Group seeks a Broker Liaison to build compliant broker relations and drive Medicare education in assigned markets. You will educate brokers, coordinate community outreach, and ensure alignment with CMS guidelines while maintaining arm’s‑length, compliant relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in Medicare outreach or related healthcare work, strong communication, and travel across markets. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and HubSpot experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products and CMS guidelines.
• HIPAA privacy and security obligations awareness.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Broker Relationship Management: build and maintain professional, arm’s‑length relationships with independent and captive brokers to support Medicare education and community awareness.
• Territory Strategy & Growth: develop compliant outreach plans to support patient education and Medicare Awareness across assigned territory.
• Community Engagement & Events: participate in educational seminars and CMS guideline‑conforming events; document content and attendance.
• Patient Engagement & Coordination: assist scheduling and follow‑ups for wellness exams and appointments; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaboration & Reporting: align with regional manager and internal teams; maintain CRM records and provide regular performance updates.
• Compliance & Documentation: conduct all activities in strict CMS and anti‑kickback guideline compliance; escalate concerns.
