Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Manager, Regional Broker Relations to lead a team of Broker Liaisons across a designated region. You will drive education, community outreach, and compliance with AKS and CMS guidelines to ensure ethical broker engagement and no referrals dependence.

You will oversee broker networks, coordinate with FMOs, and maintain arm's-length relationships while growing patient education and engagement in Medicare initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in broker relations, Medicare outreach, or field marketing.
• 1+ year leading or managing a team.
• Knowledge of AKS, CMS rules, and HIPAA is required or to be developed.
• Experience with FMOs, brokers, and CMS compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Broker Liaisons with clear performance expectations.
• Provide training on AKS requirements, CMS guidelines, event rules, and non-exclusivity principles.
• Ensure regulatory understanding in all broker interactions and events.
• Establish escalation protocols for broker events and compliance concerns.
• Interview, onboard, and train new Broker Liaisons across territories.
• Conduct regular meetings to review territory performance and compliance.
