Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to serve as the face of the organization in the community. You will build and maintain relationships with brokers to support Medicare education and awareness, while ensuring all activities comply with CMS guidelines and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

You will travel within assigned markets to engage broker partners, educate patients, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize outreach, events, and education content.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products; CMS guidelines and Anti-Kickback Statute.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional broker relationships to educate on Medicare and community awareness.
• Develop and execute compliant outreach plans for Medicare education within CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing and Events teams to align outreach activities.
