Ez Health is seeking a Medicare Benefits Navigator to work remotely in the United States. You will assist seniors in understanding coverage, connecting with providers, and accessing practical support—without sales or licensing requirements.

The role focuses on clear communication, empathy, and thorough follow-through. You will perform outreach calls, explain benefits, coordinate with healthcare providers, and help clients prepare for appointments while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and empathy when helping seniors understand Medicare.
• Good judgment, follow-through, and ability to stay organized.
• Strong listening skills and ability to explain complex topics in plain language.
• Comfort with outbound calls and documenting client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make regular phone check-ins with clients to assess their needs.
• Explain Medicare coverage, benefits and costs in plain language.
• Contact doctors' offices, pharmacies, insurers and community programs on clients' behalf.
• Help clients prepare for appointments and track next steps.
• Coordinate transportation, medications and day-to-day support.
• Maintain clear records of conversations, needs and next steps.
• Manage tasks to resolve each case and adapt as needs change.
