Qualifications

• Licensed: an active health license is required.
• Sales experience: a proven track record in sales is required.
• New to Medicare: welcome; no prior Medicare sales experience required.
• Entrepreneurial: a self-starter who wants to build their own business.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable on the phone and using digital tools.
• Ready for AEP: eager to maximize Medicare sales during enrollment period.
• Compliance-minded: follow Medicare guidelines and training.
• Commission-based pay: no hourly base salary; pay based on commissions and bonuses.

Responsabilités

• Sell Medicare and Life using Connie's provided leads.
