Connie Health in the United States is seeking licensed sales professionals to join as independent agents to help seniors navigate Medicare. You’ll work with provided leads and have the freedom to build your own business with full support from our team.

The role is commission-based with no hourly pay or base salary. You’ll receive onboarding stipends, ongoing bonuses, coaching, and access to Connie's Agent Platform for quoting and enrollment.

Qualifikationen

• Active health license is required.
• AHIP certification can be completed after you start.
• Experience in a sales role is required.
• No prior Medicare sales experience required.
• Commission-based compensation with onboarding stipend.
• Pre-scheduled, qualified appointments provided.

• Sell Medicare and life using provided leads.
• Attend Connie Academy onboarding and training.
• Leverage Connie Agent Platform for quoting and enrollment.
• Build a personal book of business with ongoing support.
• Work with internal team for post-sale support.
