Connie Health is seeking licensed health agents to sell Medicare and Life as independent contractors. You’ll build your own book with full team support, using Connie’s leads and tools, and you’ll receive onboarding stipends and bonuses as you hit milestones.

The role emphasizes training through Connie Academy, access to coaching, and a community-driven culture. Expect commission-based pay with no hourly base salary, and opportunities to grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active health license (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify). AHIP can be completed after you start; guidance provided.
• Proven sales track record is required; no prior Medicare sales experience is acceptable.
• New to Medicare welcome; if you have sold Medicare, it has been for less than a year.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset to build your own business.
• Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools.
• Ready for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and compliant with Medicare guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Sell Medicare and life insurance using provided leads and support.
• Earn an onboarding stipend after completing Connie Academy and reach sales milestones for bonuses.
• Utilize pre-scheduled, qualified appointments and coaching for success.
• Leverage the Connie Health Agent Platform for quotes and enrollment workflows.
• Rely on internal operations and customer support teams to minimize admin work.
