Connie Health is seeking licensed agents to join as independent contractors focused on selling Medicare and Life plans. You will be supported by the Connie Academy, with onboarding stipends and bonuses as milestones are achieved.

Leads are supplied and coaching is available to help you build a successful book of business. There is no base salary or hourly pay; earnings come from commissions and renewal income.

Formación

• Licensed health license (active) required.
• Proven sales experience is expected.
• New to Medicare welcome; no prior Medicare sales required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter.
• Comfortable with technology and sales platforms.
• Compensation solely by commissions and bonuses.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Medicare and Life using provided leads.
• Attend Connie Academy training and onboarding.
• Earn onboarding stipend after completing Connie Academy, plus milestones bonuses.
• Receive coaching and support from a Market Lead.
• Engage with internal teams for post-sale support.
